Identification Requirements for Contestants

Section 1.  Authority. These rules are promulgated under the Commission's authority under Wyoming Statute §§ 33-48-101(g) and 33-48-111.

Section 2.  Identification Required.  To confirm that a contestant is eligible to compete under these rules, each contestant may be required to show proof of identification. If a contestant cannot provide proof of identity, the bout may be cancelled.

Section 3.   Approved Identification.  Any one (1) form of identification listed below is acceptable to show proof of identification:

(a) Valid State Issued photo driver's license or other form of state issued photo identification;

(b) Birth certificate;

(c) Military ID card;

(d) Native American Tribal document;

(e) Passport;

(f) Certificate of U.S. Citizenship (INS Form N-560 or N-561);

(g) Certificate of naturalization (INS Form N-550 or N-570);

(h) Alien registration receipt card with photo (INS Form 1-151 or 1-551); or

(i) Unexpired reentry permit (INS Form 1-327).
